Programming is an important part of maintaining proper use of your system for the long-term.
We can handle adds, moves and changes with ease and for most cases a full rate service call is not necessary. We have added special rate pricing for over-the-phone programming and changes that demand our expertise but not necessarily our physical presence.
Any programming done via walking you through over the phone or by being transferred into your switch will be $15.00 for up to * 15 minutes of programming time.
This saves a substantial amount of money! Our service call rates are $90.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Some changes require a personal visit, but we are finding more and more that we can help more people, with more efficiency, on-the-spot for a small portion of what it would normally cost them. We do accept Visa and Mastercard as the only payment for our over-the-phone programming.
